Porting your numbers to Goldfish.ie enables you to take advantage of all the benefits we offer for our VoIP numbers. All our numbers are multi-line, meaning you can receive multiple calls at the same time. You’ll also no longer be constricted by location, as your number will be hosted in the cloud.
If you’re in the process of moving office, porting your number is the easiest and quickest way to keep your existing landline number.
How to get started
Our dedicated Porting Team can transfer your phone and fax numbers to us from your existing provider within 48 hours.
To begin the process all you need to do is download a copy of our porting form, print it off and complete it before sending it back to us at support@goldfish.ie. We’ll also need a copy of your existing landline phone bill.
Once we have verified the forms, the port can be undertaken very quickly, usually on the same working day. We will ensure there is little to no gap in your service.
